Five Fibre assessment
How the foundations score.
Every franchise network is assessed across the five connected areas Twine Growth believes support sustainable franchise growth.
How the Five Fibre score is calculated
Memory Catcher is built on an established Bespoke Foil Company product business with more than 10,000 kits sold, published founder trading data from the in-person model and a clearly defined franchisee role. The target franchisee, territory model, revenue streams and customer proposition are all publicly explained. One point is retained because the franchise network itself is still at an early stage.
Public evidence shows a highly structured operating model including exclusive territories, hands-on training, live class shadowing, a dedicated Memory Catcher Hub, commission tracking, referral tools, branded equipment, print kits, marketing assets, local landing pages and complete central fulfilment. The model deliberately separates the franchisee’s community-facing role from editing, proofing, foiling, framing, packing, shipping and customer aftercare.
The recruitment and launch journey is clearly documented from an initial no-pressure Zoom conversation through Discovery Day, territory confirmation, training and first class or event. The £3,445 founders setup package is itemised publicly and includes the equipment, materials, digital tools, branded assets and training required to begin operating.
Memory Catcher has a national territory strategy with 111 territories mapped, dedicated regional opportunity pages, an earnings calculator, a searchable territory map and an active recruitment proposition. The first franchisee has now been onboarded in East Lancashire. The score remains below Scale Ready because a longer record of repeat franchise recruitment, conversion data and multi-franchisee growth is not yet publicly established.
The model is specifically designed around local customer growth. Franchisees attend baby classes, events, community groups and home visits, build relationships with families and class leaders, receive a dedicated local landing page with local SEO foundations, branded marketing assets and ongoing marketing support. Central fulfilment allows the franchisee to focus on local presence, while referral links and QR codes create additional online commission opportunities.
Memory Catcher scores 92/100 and sits in the Scale Ready band based on current public evidence. Its strongest foundations are the clearly separated franchisee and head-office roles, structured onboarding, dedicated franchise technology, protected territories and a customer model built around genuine local relationships. Grow is the only fibre held below Scale Ready because the network has only recently onboarded its first franchisee, so repeat recruitment performance across multiple franchisees is not yet established publicly.
